Master Director
Hazel Jang
I’m a movement specialist with advanced academic training and international experience in dance, physical education, and rehabilitation. I hold a Master’s in Physical Education from Ewha Womans University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in Dance. My global background includes ballet education in the U.S., exchange studies in Russia, and multiple certifications in Pilates, rehabilitation, and sports psychology.
Over the years, I’ve helped clients enhance posture, mobility, and functional strength across various age groups and physical conditions. As a former university teaching assistant and founder of Barbie Dance Studio in Korea, I bring both academic depth and real-world experience.
Now based in Canada, I’m advancing my clinical expertise through the Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) program. My goal is to integrate evidence-based knowledge with mindful movement to deliver a holistic and therapeutic experience that goes beyond traditional Pilates.

Pilates Instructor & Manager
Julia Lee
I worked as a licensed physical therapist in Korea and am currently active as a Pilates instructor. With years of experience in rehabilitation therapy at hospitals, I have developed a deep understanding of human movement. I now apply that expertise to help clients improve posture, manage pain, and enhance both flexibility and strength through Pilates.
To me, Pilates is more than just exercise — it’s a journey toward understanding your body and building a healthier life. My goal is to guide each individual toward safe and effective movement tailored to their body, and to make each session an enjoyable and meaningful experience.
Drawing on my experience as a physical therapist, I strive to understand each client’s needs and guide them toward the most effective Pilates experience. I truly hope that everyone who works with me can feel healthier and live better.
Let’s move together and have fun on your journey to a stronger, more balanced body!

Pilates Instructor
Lena Lee
I discovered Pilates while searching for relief from chronic neck pain I had been dealing with for years. As I continued to practice, the pain gradually improved, and I realized that Pilates was more than just exercise—it was a powerful tool that helped transform and heal my body.
That personal experience inspired me to pursue instructor training, and since then, I’ve been dedicated to helping others experience the same life-changing benefits of Pilates.
Even after becoming a certified instructor, I’ve continued learning through workshops focused on rehabilitation and postural correction. Seeing my clients’ pain gradually improve brings me deep fulfillment—because I truly understand what they’re going through.
I’m still on my own journey of healing and alignment. For me, Pilates is a lifelong practice of self-care, awareness, and growth. I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Pilates Instructor
Ruby Lee
Movement has always been a natural part of my life—it energizes me, helps me focus, and brings me back to myself. As a Pilates instructor and mother of two, my own experience with pregnancy and childbirth deepened my passion for pre- and postnatal care, healthy body transformation, and restorative movement.
I hold a degree in Social Welfare and am currently studying Occupational Therapy and Psychology to better understand the mind-body connection. These studies shape my approach to Pilates—not just as exercise, but as a holistic practice for healing and self-care.
Since 2016, I’ve worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds, designing personalized sessions that support flexibility, strength, and emotional well-being. I especially love supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, guiding them with empathy and mindful movement.
To me, Pilates is more than just movement—it’s a way to transform your relationship with your body and mind. I’m here to support you on that journey.
