Master Director
Hazel Jang
I’m a movement specialist with advanced academic training and international experience in dance, physical education, and rehabilitation. I hold a Master’s in Physical Education from Ewha Womans University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in Dance. My global background includes ballet education in the U.S., exchange studies in Russia, and multiple certifications in Pilates, rehabilitation, and sports psychology.
Over the years, I’ve helped clients enhance posture, mobility, and functional strength across various age groups and physical conditions. As a former university teaching assistant and founder of Barbie Dance Studio in Korea, I bring both academic depth and real-world experience.
Now based in Canada, I’m advancing my clinical expertise through the Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) program. My goal is to integrate evidence-based knowledge with mindful movement to deliver a holistic and therapeutic experience that goes beyond traditional Pilates.

Pilates/Yoga Instructor
Bella Kim
Bella Kim began her movement journey through yoga, where she discovered how much she enjoys helping people feel deeply connected to their bodies. Later, after experiencing a back injury, she found Pilates—a practice that completely transformed her understanding of alignment, strength, and mindful movement. This personal experience brings depth to her teaching, allowing her to guide clients with genuine empathy and a strong emphasis on safety and effectiveness.
Bella brings a background in athletics, intuitive body awareness, and continuous education in Pilates. She has completed numerous workshops in small equipment—including the ball, BOSU, circle ring, and foam roller—as well as specialized training in prenatal, kids, and senior Pilates. These qualifications enable her to support clients across different abilities, life stages, and movement goals.
Known for her clear cueing, uplifting energy, and warm, encouraging presence, Bella pays close attention to alignment and movement patterns. She offers personalized modifications and progressive variations so each client can move confidently and successfully.
Bella’s goal is to create a space where clients feel supported, motivated, and genuinely cared for. She hopes Pilates becomes a meaningful part of each person’s life—something that helps them feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected to themselves every day.

Pilates Instructor
Jimin Lee
Jimin Lee brings a strong dance foundation into her Pilates sessions, blending artistry, breath, and precise foundational technique. With a Bachelor’s degree in Korean Dance from Kyung Hee University and certification through BASI Pilates, her approach is shaped by disciplined training, refined body awareness, and a deep understanding of alignment principles. Her classes feel fluid and intentional — where movement flows with breath, yet remains grounded in clear structural alignment and strong fundamentals. Rather than rushing through repetitions, she emphasizes movement quality, joint stability, and the connection between core control and overall efficiency. Clients often describe her teaching as dynamic and immersive, while still technically solid. She believes that when alignment and foundation are established, movement becomes both expressive and biomechanically efficient.

Pilates Instructor
Yerim Kim
Yerim Kim studied Contemporary Dance at Korea National Sport University, where she received extensive professional training in movement, alignment, and body awareness. Her background in dance has shaped a refined understanding of the body, emphasizing precision, balance, and fluidity of movement.
Drawing from her dance education, Yerim brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to Pilates instruction. She focuses on helping clients develop deeper body awareness, improve postural alignment, and move with greater efficiency and control.
At Pilates in Garden, Yerim teaches private, duet, group, and kids Pilates sessions, guiding clients through carefully designed sessions that support strength, stability, and mindful movement.
She believes that consistent and intentional movement can restore balance in the body and support a more vibrant and healthy lifestyle.

Pilates Instructor
Subin Ji
Subin is a certified Pilates instructor specializing in corrective exercise and precision-based movement training. Her approach goes beyond general fitness, focusing on structural alignment, biomechanical efficiency, and functional strength to cultivate long-term balance and refined movement quality.
With an extensive background in performance arts — including traditional cultural dance and K-pop — Subin developed exceptional body awareness and refined movement control from an early age. She integrates this artistic foundation with continuous anatomical study and detailed movement analysis, delivering instruction that is both technically sophisticated and thoughtfully individualized. Her sessions address postural imbalances, muscular asymmetries, and inefficient movement patterns to promote stability, coordination, and resilience.
Each client begins with a comprehensive assessment of posture, mobility, stability, and strength. Based on these findings, Subin designs highly personalized programs aligned with individual goals and physical conditions. Her structured and methodical progression emphasizes deep core stabilization, joint integrity, and balanced muscular development — ensuring safe advancement and measurable results while elevating the overall quality of movement.
Her academic background in Childcare Studies further enhances her ability to work with a wide range of age groups, from youth to seniors. With careful attention to developmental considerations, she adapts her instruction with precision and care, creating a refined, supportive, and inclusive training environment.
At Pilates in Garden, Subin upholds the highest standards of professional movement education. Through disciplined methodology, meticulous attention to detail, and elevated instruction, she empowers clients to cultivate strength, alignment, and confidence — enabling them to move through daily life with greater efficiency, stability, and ease.

Pilates Instructor
Sia Son
Sia Son began her career as a physical therapist in Korea, where she gained first-hand experience of how essential exercise is for recovery and prevention. Inspired by this experience, she developed a passion for exercise-focused Pilates and now works as a dedicated Pilates instructor. She carefully guides clients to improve strength, flexibility, and posture, ensuring safe practice for prenatal and postnatal clients as well. Understanding that exercise is hard to maintain if it isn’t enjoyable, Sia designs classes that are engaging and immersive, helping participants make fitness a natural part of their daily routine. Her goal is not just to teach movements, but to use her clinical experience as a physical therapist to create Pilates sequences that help clients better understand their bodies while building both health and confidence

Pilates Instructor
Julia Lee
I worked as a licensed physical therapist in Korea and am currently active as a Pilates instructor. With years of experience in rehabilitation therapy at hospitals, I have developed a deep understanding of human movement. I now apply that expertise to help clients improve posture, manage pain, and enhance both flexibility and strength through Pilates.
To me, Pilates is more than just exercise — it’s a journey toward understanding your body and building a healthier life. My goal is to guide each individual toward safe and effective movement tailored to their body, and to make each session an enjoyable and meaningful experience.
Drawing on my experience as a physical therapist, I strive to understand each client’s needs and guide them toward the most effective Pilates experience. I truly hope that everyone who works with me can feel healthier and live better.
Let’s move together and have fun on your journey to a stronger, more balanced body!
